Vega Realms runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to download, install, or patch.
Do I need an email to register?
No.
We do not use email registration.
You will receive a recovery token instead. This is the only way to recover your account.
What is the recovery token?
The recovery token is a unique code assigned to your account when you register.
It is required to recover your account if you lose your password.
What happens if I lose my recovery token?
If you also lose your password, your account cannot be recovered.
There is no reset system. Make sure you store your recovery token safely.
Is there a tutorial in-game?
Yes.
Vega Realms includes an in-game tutorial designed to guide new players through the basics step by step.
You are not left alone at the start.
Is this game beginner friendly?
Yes.
While Ultima Online can be complex, Vega Realms has been designed to be more accessible.

How do I learn game systems?
Systems are explained directly in-game.
You will find info boxes and guidance as you play, in addition to the Wiki and community support.
Why can’t I log in?
Common reasons include:
- incorrect username or password
- account not created
- not using the correct client
Can I use the official Ultima Online client?
No.
Vega Realms works only with the browser-based client provided on the website.
How does progression work?
Progression is skill-based.
You improve by using skills, not by selecting a fixed class or leveling system.
Is there a level system?
Yes, but it works differently compared to most MMOs.
Your character does not have a traditional global level.
Instead, progression is mainly based on skills.
However, levels exist in specific systems:
- pets have levels
- monsters have levels
- world events may use level scaling
- virtues and codex progression may include experience
Levels are used to support gameplay systems, not to define your character entirely.
What happens when I die?
You become a ghost and must find a way to be resurrected.
Your body and items remain where you died.
Can I lose my items?
Yes.
Depending on the situation, your items may remain on your body and need to be recovered.
Can I play solo?

Can I play with friends?

You can group, explore, and play together.
