Skills
The Skill System in Vega Realms defines your character's abilities, progression, and playstyle.
Unlike traditional class-based systems, Vega follows a classless progression model, allowing you to freely develop your character based on the skills you choose to train.
Core Concept
- There a no fixed classes;
- Your build is defined entirely by your skill choices;
- You can mix ombat, magic, and crafting freely;
- Every action contributes to skill progression.

Skill Progression
Skills improve through usage-based progression:
- Perform an action -> gain skill point
- Higher levels -> slower progression
- Some skills synergise with others
Skill Cap System
To maintain balance, Vega uses a skill cap system:
- Each character has a maximum of 700.0 skill point limit;
- You must choose which skills to prioritise;
- Resetting or adjusting skills may be possible (depending on achieved progression).
Build Flexibility
Vega encourages experimentation:
- Hybrid builds (e.g. Warrior-Mage) are fully viable;
- No permanent class lock-in;
- Adapt your character to your playstyle.
